Khyawada is a small village of 829 hectares in Bundi Tehsil in Bundi district, also known as a city of stepwells in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khyawada depends on BUNDI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khyawada is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Khyawada's pin code is 323803[3], and village code is 02765300. The area of Khyawada is segregated as 205.71 hectares irrigated area, 228.19 hectares unirrigated, the 60.21 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 219.05 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Khyawada has One post office (Khyawda B.O). Khyawada has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Khyawada is a census village in the district of Bundi, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1466 and has total administration over 308 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bundi to sell earthen pots and make their living.
