Khoontaliya is a small village of 910 hectares in Bilara Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khoontaliya depends on Bilara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khoontaliya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Khoontaliya's pin code is 342605[4], and village code is 02012100. The area of Khoontaliya is segregated as 26.22 hectares irrigated area, 683.38 hectares unirrigated, the 136.86 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 63.86 hectare area not available for cultivation.
