Khokhariya is a small village of 980 hectares in Bhopalgarh Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khokhariya depends on Pipar City, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khokhariya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Khokhariya's pin code is 342606[4], and village code is 01957300. The area of Khokhariya is segregated as 927 hectares unirrigated, the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 43 hectare area not available for cultivation.
