Khijooriya Tiwariyan is a small village of 280 hectares in Bassi Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khijooriya Tiwariyan depends on Jaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 196.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khijooriya Tiwariyan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Khijooriya Tiwariyan's pin code is 303302[4], and village code is 01617800. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jaipur and Jaipur to sell earthen pot and make their living.
