Khichiya Basni is a small village of 599 hectares in Didwana Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khichiya Basni depends on Didwana, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khichiya Basni is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Khichiya Basni's pin code is 341303[4], and village code is 01771600.
