Khetawas is a small village of 659 hectares in Pali Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khetawas depends on Pali, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khetawas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Khetawas's pin code is 306401[4], and village code is 02430600. The area of Khetawas is segregated as 283 hectares irrigated area, 126 hectares unirrigated, the 95 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 155 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Pali to sell ghee and make their living.
