Kherla Jageer is a small village of 283 hectares in Chhipabarod Tehsil in Baran district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kherla Jageer depends on Chhipabarod, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kherla Jageer is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Kherla Jageer's pin code is 325221[4], and village code is 03962900. The area of Kherla Jageer is segregated as 95.22 hectares irrigated area, 106 hectares unirrigated, the 58 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 24 hectare area not available for cultivation.
