Khejariya is a small village of 585 hectares in Gangdhar Tehsil in Jhalawar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khejariya depends on Pirawa, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 99.57% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Khejariya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Khejariya's pin code is 326515[4], and village code is 04112500. The area of Khejariya is segregated as 189.57 hectares irrigated area, 199.17 hectares unirrigated, the 101.42 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 94.83 hectare area not available for cultivation.
