Kheenyera is a small village of 1920 hectares in Lunkaransar Tehsil in Bikaner district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kheenyera depends on BIKANER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Kheenyera is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Canal. Kheenyera's pin code is 334603[4], and village code is 00515900. The area of Kheenyera is segregated as 1215.3 hectares unirrigated, the 538.2 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 166.05 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kheenyera is a census village in the district of Bikaner, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2939 and has total administration over 483 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
