Khatundra is a small village of 102 hectares in Sri Madhopur Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khatundra depends on Khandela, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 14.61% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khatundra is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Khatundra's pin code is 332709[4], and village code is 01728300. The area of Khatundra is segregated as 14.61 hectares irrigated area, 66.1 hectares unirrigated, the 10.3 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 10.89 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Khandela and Sikar to sell bangles and make their living.
