Khatolai is a small village of 412 hectares in Viratnagar Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khatolai depends on Shahpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 226.83% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khatolai is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Khatolai's pin code is 303119[4], and village code is 01464100. The area of Khatolai is segregated as 226.83 hectares irrigated area, 78.84 hectares unirrigated, the 66.13 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 40.52 hectare area not available for cultivation.
