Kharsanki is a small village of 193 hectares in Lachhmangarh Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kharsanki depends on GOVINDGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kharsanki is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kharsanki's pin code is 301604[4], and village code is 00923600. The area of Kharsanki is segregated as 160 hectares irrigated area, 23 hectares unirrigated, remaining 10 hectare area not available for cultivation.
