Kharkhari is a small village of 203 hectares in Ramgarh Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kharkhari depends on BHIWADI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kharkhari is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kharkhari's pin code is 301025[4], and village code is 00801100. The area of Kharkhari is segregated as 47.15 hectares irrigated area, 80.15 hectares unirrigated, remaining 21.24 hectare area not available for cultivation.
