Khariya Khurd is a small village of 2136 hectares in Gudha Malani Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khariya Khurd depends on BARMER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khariya Khurd is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Khariya Khurd's pin code is 344033[4], and village code is 02189300. The area of Khariya Khurd is segregated as 1939.67 hectares unirrigated, the 149.09 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 47.19 hectare area not available for cultivation.
