Khargaura is a small village of 351.3 hectares in Tulsipur Tehsil in Balrampur district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khargaura depends on Tulsipur (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Khargaura's pin code is 271210[4], and village code is 06659500. The area of Khargaura is segregated as , 290.25 hectares unirrigated area. and remaining 40.8 hectare area not available for cultivation.
