Khargada is a small village of 1163 hectares in Sagwara Tehsil in Dungarpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khargada depends on Sagwara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 72.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Khargada is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Khargada's pin code is 314027[4], and village code is 03345900. The area of Khargada is segregated as 292 hectares irrigated area, 197 hectares unirrigated, the 508 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 166 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Khargada is a census village in the district of Dungarpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 5683 and has total administration over 1242 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sagwara and Dungarpur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
