Khaprana is a small village of 519 hectares in Baraut Tehsil in Bagpat district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khaprana depends on Baraut (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Khaprana's pin code is 250345[4], and village code is 01048500. The area of Khaprana is segregated as 450 hectares irrigated area, 430 hectares unirrigated area. and remaining 430 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Khaprana has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Baraut (MB) and Bagpat to sell jaggery and make their living.
