Khangri is a small village of 556 hectares in Sumerpur Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khangri depends on Takhatgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 301.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khangri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Khangri's pin code is 306708[4], and village code is 02470300. The area of Khangri is segregated as 301 hectares irrigated area, 153 hectares unirrigated, remaining 101.51 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Takhatgarh and Pali to sell earthen pot and make their living.
