Khandap is a small village of 1913 hectares in Siwana Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khandap depends on BALOTRA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khandap is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Khandap's pin code is 344043[4], and village code is 02169100. The area of Khandap is segregated as 1549.04 hectares unirrigated, the 260 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 104 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Khandap has One post office (Khandap B.O) and Fifty Two public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Khandap has One bank and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Khandap is a census village in the district of Barmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3637 and has total administration over 682 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of BALOTRA and Barmer to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
