Keygent LLC (Keygent) is a California-based municipal advisory firm which focuses solely on California school and community college districts. Keygent's public finance practice was founded in 2008. The founders of Keygent were previously underwriters at Piper Jaffray's, now Piper Sandler, California Education Public Finance Group.[1]
Keygent's advisors serve as consultants to school and community college districts on debt financings. In addition to providing municipal advisory services, Keygent provides dissemination agent services to California school and community college districts.
