Kesoola Ka Pana is a small village of 2955 hectares in Pokaran Tehsil in Jaisalmer district, nicknamed ""The Golden city"" in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kesoola Ka Pana depends on POKARAN, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kesoola Ka Pana is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Kesoola Ka Pana's pin code is 345025[4], and village code is 02063200. The area of Kesoola Ka Pana is segregated as 1497 hectares unirrigated, the 1425.3 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 32.8 hectare area not available for cultivation.
