Keshopura is a small village of 679 hectares in Ladpura Tehsil in Kota district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Keshopura depends on SHEOPUR (M.P.), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Keshopura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Keshopura's pin code is 324005[3], and village code is 03773700. The area of Keshopura is segregated as 587.9 hectares irrigated area, 3.3 hectares unirrigated, the 2.06 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 86.05 hectare area not available for cultivation.
