Life
Seabelo is a determined, go-getter individual from the 'Serowe Palapye' area. His passion for film flourished in an environment devoid of cinemas, prompting him to take charge and establish a community film space by renting out local halls for people to watch films.
In 2005, he founded Baboneng Film Productions and Entertainment, spearheading the creation of approximately 15 diverse productions, including short films, documentaries, a lifestyle magazine, dramas, and television series. His impactful early production "Makwetsepe"[1][2] garnered recognition for raising awareness about the rise of fraudsters across the nation, leading to the prestigious Botswana Vision 2016 Award recognition under the categories of a secure nation and an informed populace[3].
In 2008, his company signed a deal with Botswana Football Association[4]n to buy Debswana First Division broadcasting rights and to provide Botswana Television with content for live and pre-recorded matches[5][6].
