Kesaruva is a small village of 262 hectares in Nawabganj Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kesaruva depends on Banki (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Kesaruva's pin code is 225003[4], and village code is 05758100. The area of Kesaruva is segregated as 120 hectares irrigated area. the 19 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 21 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kesaruva has One post office (Gadia B.O) and Four public telephones. Kesaruva has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Banki (NP) and Barabanki to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
