Keriya Makra is a small village of 397 hectares in Merta Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Keriya Makra depends on Merta City, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Keriya Makra is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Keriya Makra's pin code is 341031[4], and village code is 01844500.
