Kelon Campbell (born July 17, 1996) is a Houston comedian and drag queen who portrays Terri Joe, Georgia Peach, and other personas, on TikTok. After developing a cult following, he spoke at the TikTok Visionary Voices Black Hollywood Brunch in West Hollywood, California in 2023.[1] Terry Joe is a self-described Christian Italian woman from Louisiana who purports to save homosexuals and condemn other sinners.[2] She is a wheelchair user, having had her kneecaps shot while saving homosexuals at a pride parade in New Orleans. She performs several nights per week live on Tik Tok with lip-synch and meeting other live-streaming users, often disparaging them as sinners, losers or black ne'er do wells. She denies her own obvious blackness.
