Keith “Klegendairy” Simpson is an actor, author, and former professional soccer player. Born in Mansfield, Massachusetts, he moved to Abbot, Maine for most of his years of schooling before signing his first professional contract after high school with the Cape Cod Crusaders and became the first person to play professional in both soccer and esports soccer as a competitor in FIFA and Extreme Soccer. His unique achievement of playing professionally [1] in both the physical and virtual arenas earned him recognition as a pioneer in the convergence of traditional sports and esports. [2] Keith also plays many roles in the Virtual Universe. Due to his creation of “Video Game Movies” that have hit streaming platforms, to his success in Professional VR Sports,[3] he has frequently been called “The King of the Virtual World” and the “Biggest Megastar in the Metaverse.” [4] Soccer and Esports Gaming Keith played high school soccer in Guilford, Maine at then Piscataquis Community High School and was a part of many successful teams before graduating and signing a year later with the Cape Cod Crusaders of the PDL.[5] He left as the all-time leading scorer with 68 goals [6] for their Future Teams before joining with the affiliate Phantoms and scoring another 38 goals. After leaving the Crusaders, Keith went on to play for multiple high level indoor and outdoor premier leagues and received three league most valuable player awards and five scoring titles, along with four premier championships. After finishing his playing career, he transitioned to the virtual pitch where he competed in multiple invitational FIFA tournaments[citation needed], before transitioning to the Extreme Soccer League, where he would hold the #1 spot in singles for 3 consecutive seasons. [7] Actor and Spider Man Series In the entertainment industry, Keith "Klegendairy" Simpson made significant contributions to the Spider-Man video game series through voice acting and green screen work in the "Video Game Movie" adaptations.[citation needed] These adaptations, featured on streaming platforms such as Tubi, Pluto, and Apple, gained popularity among video game enthusiasts. Additionally, Simpson has been involved in various fan films, notably as a producer in the second installment of "Friday the Thirteenth Vengeance," [8] expressing his commitment to future projects in both production and acting.
