Keely Cat-Wells (born February 12, 1996) is a British Entrepreneur and Disability Activist. Cat-Wells is the CEO of C Talent, a 2021 Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree, Advisory Board Member of The Born This Way Foundation, a Diana Award Winner, Aerie Changemaker, and Los Angeles Lakers Comerica Bank Women of Entrepreneurship. Keely is also the founder of Zetta Studios.
Born in West Sussex, UK, Cat-Wells grew up on a race horse yard, she later went into performing arts where she was a child performer in "Oliver!" The musical, at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane, West End. Cat-Wells went to Italia Conti dance school in her tens and then was accepted into the Urdang Academy. Cat-Wells had to leave after only a few months due to illness and was hospitalised, Cat-Wells was misdiagnosed until having the tests she needed which was followed by many operations. Cat-Wells was given a permanent ileostomy and diagnosed with PTSD.
Cat-Wells moved to Los Angeles in 2018, where she formed C Talent which is a talent management company that represents high profile disabled talent, they also consult for companies on disability and inclusion. Cat-Wells' currently acts as CEO, and has since also founded Zetta Studios.
Cat-Wells has been a disability subject matter expert at Google, UCLA, The LEGO Group, Virgin Media, The Cannes Film Festival and NBC.
