Kaze Uzumaki (born 20 July 1988 in New York City)[1] is a German actor, voice actor and writer. He made a name for himself in the social media world for voicing animals in his web series "Was Tiere Denken" (What Animals Are Thinking).[2]

Career

Voice Dubbing

Uzumaki begann his career writing the German translations for the MTV Series Workaholics. His first voice dubbing was in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, where he portrait the role of the Basketball player DeAndre Jordan. Early 2018 he was the German voice of „W'Kabi“, played by the Oscar nominated Oscarnominierten Daniel Kaluuya in the Marvel Blockbuster Movie Black Panther. In 2019 he landed his first main role in the Transformers spin-off Bumblebee where he voiced "Memo", played by Jorge Lendeborg Jr. He has since become the German voice for actors such as Melvin Gregg, Luka Sabbat, Jorge Lendeborg Jr., Shane Paul McGhie, Mike Moh and Kareem J. Grimes.[1]

Acting

His actual acting career began in 2018 where he played Ralph D. in a German production of Stephen Adly Guirgis' The Motherfucker with the Hat. In 2020 he made his on screen debut in the German movie Killerbee and is currently working on a Netflix production.[3][4]
