Kathleen Hall (born August 12, 1951) is an author,[1] entrepreneur, and lifestyle expert.[2][3][4] She is the founder of Oak Haven, The Hermitage, The Stress Institute,[5][6] and Mindful Living Network.[7][8][9]

Career

Hall is the CEO of The Stress Institute, formulated as Wellness Solutions in 1997.[4] After working as a stress expert at The Stress Institute,[6] she became the CEO of Mindful Living Network.[10][8] She created a show, Alter Your Life. Her other original shows include The Way I see it[11] and Live An Intentional Life.[12]

Hall ran a weekly radio show, Live with Dr. Kathleen Hall, at WTOP.[4] She was coined "The Stress Queen" by Martha Stewart Publications.[4][8] In 2022, Hall was the speaker at the second annual Rt. Hon. Robert L. Stanfield Conversation: Talking Democracy at Dalhousie University on Digital Democracy.[1]
