Kasoriya is a small village of 1383 hectares in Banera Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kasoriya depends on Gulabpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 4.05% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kasoriya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kasoriya's pin code is 311030[4], and village code is 02824700. The area of Kasoriya is segregated as 174.95 hectares irrigated area, 678 hectares unirrigated, the 218.15 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 266.89 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kasoriya is a census village in the district of Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2269 and has total administration over 439 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Gulabpura and Bhilwara to sell earthen pot and make their living.
