Kashipura is a small village of 320 hectares in Karauli Tehsil in Karauli district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kashipura depends on GANGAPUR CITY, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kashipura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Kashipura's pin code is 322243[4], and village code is 01235600. The area of Kashipura is segregated as 22.5 hectares irrigated area, 208.13 hectares unirrigated, the 78.18 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 11.53 hectare area not available for cultivation.
