Karwar is a small village of 594 hectares in Kotkasim Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Karwar depends on KISHANGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Karwar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Karwar's pin code is 301702[4], and village code is 00792200. The area of Karwar is segregated as 430 hectares irrigated area, 127 hectares unirrigated, the 14 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 23 hectare area not available for cultivation.
