Kartlos Gharibashvili (25 April 1954 – 1 November, 2014) was a Georgian lawyer and politician.
Gharibashvili graduated from the Tbilisi State University faculty of law, pursuing postgraduate studies at the Moscow State University. From 1976 to 1983 he taught at the University before returning to Georgia. After the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, he began becoming involved in Georgian politics as a pro-democracy advocate. From 1992 to 1995, Gharibashvili was a member of the Parliament of Georgia as a member of the opposition "Democratic Party". During this time period, he also was part of the creation of the Constitution of Georgia. Gharibashvili competed in the Presidential elections of 1995 Georgian presidential election, 2000 Georgian presidential election, 2004, and 2013 Georgian presidential election, all unsuccessfully.
