Karnisar is a small village of 4030 hectares in Kolayat Tehsil in Bikaner district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Karnisar depends on BIKANER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Karnisar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Canal. Karnisar's pin code is 334305[4], and village code is 00524700. The area of Karnisar is segregated as 2049 hectares irrigated area, 681.51 hectares unirrigated, the 182.12 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 1117.37 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Karnisar is a census village in the district of Bikaner, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 606 and has total administration over 97 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
