Karnali is a small village of 1647 hectares in Chhatargarh Tehsil in Bikaner district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Karnali depends on BIKANER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Karnali is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Canal. Karnali's pin code is 334001[4], and village code is 00514300. The area of Karnali is segregated as 888.56 hectares unirrigated, the 699 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 59 hectare area not available for cultivation.

The village is connected with a single bus service. Karnali has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Karnali is a census village in the district of Bikaner, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 400 and has total administration over 58 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
