Karampura is a small village of 172 hectares in Todabhim Tehsil in Karauli district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Karampura depends on HINDAUN, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Karampura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Karampura's pin code is 322254[4], and village code is 01190600. The area of Karampura is segregated as 58.33 hectares irrigated area, 74 hectares unirrigated, the 6.58 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 32.64 hectare area not available for cultivation.
