Karamdas is a small village of 1166 hectares in Shahpura Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Karamdas depends on Shahpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Karamdas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Karamdas's pin code is 311408[4], and village code is 02823100. The area of Karamdas is segregated as 46.48 hectares irrigated area, 97.93 hectares unirrigated, the 435.88 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 272.86 hectare area not available for cultivation.
