Kara Helen Mosher (born September 22, 1982) is an author, musician, and podcaster. Her memoir Here Comes Trouble is set to publish in the fall of 2023. She is the host of the Let's be friends Podcast which is in the top .5% of global ranking podcasts<ref>https://www.listennotes.com/podcasts/lets-be-friends-kara-mosher-sODyIt6vNmf/<ref>. She has two albums Dosage released in 2017 <ref>https://open.spotify.com/album/2GiSajxsgrGkyInvsMcUUM<ref> and EP Wasted Youth <ref>https://open.spotify.com/album/1SIXdrM1Rv5NuNJNqZxYNe<ref> also released in 2017. She was misdiagnosed with bipolar for almost a decade and is now an advocate for mental health awareness and alternative treatments.
