Kantaliya is a small village of 3176 hectares in Marwar Junction Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kantaliya depends on Sojat, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 701.38% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Kantaliya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kantaliya's pin code is 306103[4], and village code is 02444800. The area of Kantaliya is segregated as 1006.38 hectares irrigated area, 1749.9 hectares unirrigated, the 43.69 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 376.41 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sojat and Pali to sell earthen pot and make their living.
