Kankrala is a small village of 1385 hectares in Pachpadra Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kankrala depends on BALOTRA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kankrala is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Kankrala's pin code is 344027[4], and village code is 02150600. The area of Kankrala is segregated as 1132 hectares unirrigated, the 85 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 168 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kankrala is a census village in the district of Barmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1535 and has total administration over 258 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
