Kandran is a small village of 1667 hectares in Rajgarh Tehsil in Churu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kandran depends on RAJGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kandran is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kandran's pin code is 331301[4], and village code is 00591800. The area of Kandran is segregated as 1453.6 hectares unirrigated, the 78.15 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 135.08 hectare area not available for cultivation.
