Kana Khera is a small village of 290 hectares in Banda Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kana Khera depends on PAIKANI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply which is 3.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kana Khera's pin code is 210126[4], and village code is 04781400. The area of Kana Khera is segregated as 102 hectares irrigated area, 230 hectares unirrigated area. the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 27 hectare area not available for cultivation.
