Kamokhari is a small village of 687 hectares in Sapotra Tehsil in Karauli district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kamokhari depends on KARAULI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kamokhari is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kamokhari's pin code is 322243[4], and village code is 01257500. The area of Kamokhari is segregated as 14.4 hectares unirrigated, the 118.24 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 118.74 hectare area not available for cultivation.
