Kalwara is a small village of 1497 hectares in Sanganer Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kalwara depends on Bagru, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 297.07% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kalwara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kalwara's pin code is 302037[4], and village code is 01546100. The area of Kalwara is segregated as 297.07 hectares irrigated area, 785.75 hectares unirrigated, the 335.42 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 78.81 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bagru and Jaipur to sell earthen pot and make their living.
