Kalesariya is a small village of 754 hectares in Amet Tehsil in Rajsamand district, for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kalesariya depends on DEOGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 10.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Kalesariya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kalesariya's pin code is 313332[4], and village code is 02972200. The area of Kalesariya is segregated as 130 hectares irrigated area, 13 hectares unirrigated, the 262.44 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 349 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kalesariya is a census village in the district of Rajsamand, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1420 and has total administration over 324 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of DEOGARH and Rajsamand to sell earthen pot and make their living.
