Kala Chhara is a small village of 328 hectares in Alwar Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kala Chhara depends on ALWAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 17.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kala Chhara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Kala Chhara's pin code is 301001[4], and village code is 00859200. The area of Kala Chhara is segregated as 17 hectares irrigated area, the 55.63 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 33 hectare area not available for cultivation.
