Kaithawa is a small village of 465.5 hectares in Bidhuna Tehsil in Auraiya district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kaithawa depends on Bidhuna (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers,Two canals and Two springs. Kaithawa is also surrounded byTwo lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kaithawa's pin code is 206243[4], and village code is 04106300. The area of Kaithawa is segregated as 343.5 hectares irrigated area, 105.5 hectares unirrigated area. the 12 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 24.5 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bidhuna (NP) and Auraiya to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
