Kailash is a small village of 507 hectares in Danta Ramgarh Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kailash depends on Reengus, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, which is 181.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kailash is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kailash's pin code is 332601[4], and village code is 01714200. The area of Kailash is segregated as 181 hectares irrigated area, 217 hectares unirrigated, the 22 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 87 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Reengus and Sikar to sell bricks and make their living.
