Jugalpura Kalan is a small village of 204 hectares in Niwai Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jugalpura Kalan depends on Niwai, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Jugalpura Kalan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Jugalpura Kalan's pin code is 304021[4], and village code is 02625400. The area of Jugalpura Kalan is segregated as 9.77 hectares irrigated area, 128.36 hectares unirrigated, the 53.38 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 12.78 hectare area not available for cultivation.
